Our Mission

We, the community of St. Francis Xavier in the South Cowichan Valley, rooted in the Gospels of Jesus Christ, embrace and value the faith, teachings and traditions of the Roman Catholic Church.

Our mission is to reflect the merciful love that flows from the heart of Jesus Christ as proclaimed in the Gospels.

We value God's call to holiness and seek to initiate His friendship by opening our hearts, mustering our resources, and acting intentionally for the welfare of the other.
